Room was very comfortable, and the reception service was excellent.

The room air conditioner was noisy -- I had to shut it off to sleep. Also, the location is hard to find. MapQuest does not give good directions.

Convenient position, I enjoyed staying in this place.

the standard king room i was given was complete with double beds, the bathroom, sofa. there were coffee/tea making equipment and fridges too.

The room was reasonably large with with the bathroom and at least a single queen bed plus sofa, had good night sleep. The location was marvellous, close to a shopping center and a nice shopping centre

The breakfast was the not good at all!!!!and in the evening no facility for the food.

I got complimentary king room for at least a single queen bed as an upgrade, nice gesture.

We explored the Salem Witch Museum and enjoyed trolley tours through Boston. The hotel had everything we needed, and Axel did an amazing job with breakfast. Heads up, use the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot to access the hotel. We'd totally stay here again!

Pleasant experience, clean room!

Well-appointed and modern place, I enjoyed accommodating personnel.

The hotel was fairly clean with great location and well furnished rooms. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge. The service was nice, including a painless check-in. Location: the property was near the Friendly's restaurant, a nice shopping centre, and the Plaza. The breakfast food was good.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service

The spacious room was well-equipped, with a rainfall shower, made mornings refreshing. The front desk provided excellent dining recommendations that enhanced our visit. Just a tip, the entrance can be tricky to find at night, so keep an eye out for Dunkin Donuts.

The kids loved the nearby trolley tours through Boston, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the lobby and exercise room.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom to reduce condensation. A clearer sign for the entrance would help families with kids in tow.

The hotel features a well-appointed guest area with nice, functional furnishings. An abundance of well-maintained outdoor parking adds convenience during your stay.

The lack of laundry facilities was a major inconvenience for my family, especially during our lengthy visit. Despite being billed as a family-friendly spot, the room felt cramped was great. For some reason, there was also an unexpected $50 charge at check-in, which complicated the whole transaction without prior notice. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by these specific annoyances that shouldn't be typical at a hotel in this price range.

I have no complaints at all about this hotel. It met all my needs, and I would definitely recommend it! I had a really good stay for just one night. the location was fantastic, making it a great stop overall, and the service was really good too! 😊.

The clean exercise room and nice breakfast options, including energy bars, were highlights. Finding the hotel was tricky due to limited signage, and the overall upkeep felt lacking with an outdated look. The parking situation was awkward, as it required navigating through another business's lot. Not many dining choices in the area detracted from the experience.

The staff here was friendly and welcoming, the location was fantastic, and we definitely plan to return.
